Traffic Collision Report Stock Photo

According to Driver Knowledge, “The average number of car accidents in the U.S. every year is six million.” While motor vehicle accidents happen unexpectedly, they can be prevented, in some cases, if drivers practice safety behind the wheel. Unfortunately, some drivers disregard safe driving practices, putting themselves and others in danger. For this reason, our law firm believes that we should be aware of the catastrophic nature of automobile accidents and the damaging effects they can have on an individual and their family.

Our team has compiled a list of recent accidents that occurred in Fayetteville during the month of March. We hope this report will encourage drivers to use safety when operating their cars on the roadways.

If you or a loved one suffered injuries due to a careless motorist, you may be eligible to obtain compensation for your injuries and any property damage. In order to accurately calculate a fair amount, our Fayetteville car accident lawyers at Niblock Law Firm will need to examine your case.

At Niblock Law Firm, we are dedicated to helping those who sustained injuries caused by a careless motorist. Automobile accident cases are often complex and contain many details that should be reviewed by an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. Our Fayetteville car accident lawyers understand the legal system and the laws surrounding this type of case.

While our attorneys can’t change what happened, we can help you receive the compensation you are rightfully owed. Additionally, we will ensure you are not taken advantage of by insurance companies. In some cases, injured victims will feel pressured to accept the initial low offer from the insurance company, so they can quickly settle their claim. However, this can leave you with a settlement that is not equal to what you endured.
